Yes, the resort offers sauna, steam bath, ice fountain, experience shower and Hydropool in Saray Spa.
- Can I purchase a Beach Pass?
Yes, Mbrace members guests will have a preferred beach pass rate. - Does the resort have a parking lot?Our resort has parking lot available for guests and members, members may also enjoy our valet parking service on arrival at the resort lobby.
- Do you serve food and drinks on the beach?
Food is served in the resort and generally in the area around the sun loungers. - Do you need to get to the beach early to have a sun lounger?
We offer many sun lounger and cabanas, however in peak season or when occupancy is high, we recommend in getting there earlier. - Is it possible to reserve sun loungers?
It is not possible to reserve sun loungers, beds and cabanas comes on a first-come-first serve-basis. - Can you bring Inflatable toys to the pools?
For Safety purposes, inflatables with a diameter exceeding 30 inches are not permitted in the pool. - What are the pool and beach operating hours at the resort?
The pool at the resort is open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM and the beach is open from 7:00AM to Sunset. - Does the resort have heated Pools?
To best cater to our guests, both kids pool and main pool are temperature controlled from 28-30 Degrees Celsius. - Do you have water sports Activities?The resort has partnered with Sky and Seas adventures to provide water sports activities located at the beach of the resort.

- Is there an ATM?Yes, there’s available ATM at the Resort on the ground floor off of the lobby.
- Is there a fitness Center?Yes, Marriot Fitness is located at the 2nd floor of the resort, next to Saray Spa.

Yes, young guests and members will be entertained and inspired at our Vibrant Kids Club created to energize and delight for Kids 4-12 Years old from 9:00am to 10:00PM - Are lockers available in the resort?
Yes, lockers are available. - Are life jackets provided?Life jackets are available upon request.
- Can my child use the swimming pool if they wear diapers?
Diaper-wearing guests are asked to wear a protective swim diaper. - What is your Policy on Lost and found Items?
Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah or using the Mcrace Club facilities, if recovered, the item will be recorded and handed over to our lost and found where the items will be kept for a maximum of three months. After this period, in line with the directives of the General Department of Criminal Investigation in Dubai, all unclaimed items will be handed over to the nearest police station. Should the members need to locate any item after the initial three-month period expires, they are requested to contact the hotel who will assist in coordinating with the police station where the found items are handed over.
